Roll Wrapped Carbon Fiber Tubes are engineered using a high-performance composite fabrication process. Layers of unidirectional carbon fiber are strategically wrapped around a mandrel at different fiber orientations (typically 0°, ±45°, and 90°). This layup design significantly enhances the tube’s mechanical properties, delivering a superior balance of axial strength, hoop strength, and torsional rigidity.
During the roll-wrapping process, the laminate is compacted and cured under heat and pressure, ensuring low resin content, tight fiber alignment, and minimal voids. The result is a lightweight, high-strength structural tube with excellent fatigue resistance, impact durability, and dimensional stability.
The exterior is finished with a 3K carbon fiber fabric layer that provides a smooth, glossy or matte surface. These tubes are widely used in applications that demand premium performance, including aerospace components, UAV frames, telescopic poles, camera stabilizers, automation equipment, sports gear, and high-load industrial systems.
